     Egg Custard

4 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon margarine
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all dry ingredients. Set aside. Beat eggs until foamy, then add milk, oleo and vanilla. Beat 2-3 minutes. Add dry ingredients. Beat until fluffy. Pour in 9 inch pie pan, bake at 300 degrees until firm
