Place chicken in cooker. Sprinkle taco seasoning over meat and layer the vegetables and salsa on top. Pour 1/2 C water over mixture. Cook on low 6-8 hrs. The meat is cooked when it shreds. when ready to serve, break up the chicken with two forks and stir in sour cream.
