Cut up cooked hen svee brooth to mix with dressing)
Salt and pepper to taste
chopped onions and celery
3-4 hard boiled eggs
corn bread ( corn meal, salt and pepper, eggs, bake
corn bread) cool crumble up and add other ingredients,
add meat to the mixture and return to bake until throughly
heated, probably about 40 minutes at 350 degree oven
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together, pour in two baking dishes, Enough for 2 dishes, I usually fix one for Thanksgiving and freeze the other pan (uncooked) for Christmas.
