     Fort Valley Peach Cobbler

3/4 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
dash salt
3/4 cup milk
3/4 stick butter
2 cups sliced peaches mixed with 1 cup sugar

Combine into a batter- 3/4 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons baking powder, dash of salt & 3/4 cup milk.
Into deep bowl (the one you will bake in)melt 3/4 stick butter. Pour your batter into the middle of the melted butter(do not stir)
Pour into the middle of the batter 2 cups sliced peaches mixed with 1 cup sugar. Do not stir.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes I liked to make this for 4th of July. Always use fresh peaches. If you use frozen, do not use as much sugar w the peaches.
