Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time.
Beating after each. Spoon in flour,soda, salt and
mix together. Add apples, nuts and flavoring. Mix
well. Bake 1 hour or a little longer. While hot,
pour glaze over.
GLAZE- 1 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup cream, 1 stick
butter. Mix all, cook 2 1/2 minutes. Pour over warm
cake.
(Mom 1/2 of glaze recipe is enough for her)
