     Chicken Casserole

Preptime   1 1/2 hours

Ingredients
4-6 chicken breast
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water
1 pkg. frozen English peas
Slivered almonds
5 slices of bread
 

Instructions
Boil chicken breast in butter, oregano, salt, pepper, thyme and parsley flakes. Debone chicken. Cut into bite sized pieces. Mix all ingredients with chicken. Put in baking dish. Cover with slivered almonds. Cut bread into squares. Put on top and drizzle with 1/2 stick melted butter.
Bake in 350 degree oven. for 1 hour ( Can be frozen and bakwed at another time.)
Serving Suggestions
with a green side salad, boiled corn on cob. Yeast Rolls
