PLACE SUGAR IN A MED. SKILLET OVER MED. HEAT FOR 5-10 MIN. STIRRING OFTEN, UNTIL SUGAR MELTS & TURNS A LIGHT BROWN. IMMEDIATELY DISTRIBUTE THE CARMELIZED SUGAR EVENLY AMONG 6 (6 OZ) CUSTARD CUPS.
COMBINE BEATEN EGGGS, BOTH MILKS & VANILLA IN A MED. BOWL & MIX WELL.
POUR 2/3 C. MILK MIXTURE IN EACH CUP.
PLACE CUPS IN A 13X9 IN. PAN & ADD HOT WATER TO A DEPTH OF 1/2 IN.
COVER ALL CUPS WITH ONE LARGE PIECE OF FOIL.
BAKE FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR & 10 MIN., OR UNTIL THE CUSTARD IS SET.
REMOVE & PLACE ON A WIRE RACK TO COOL COMPLETELY.
UNMOLD, DRIZZLE THE CARMELIZED SUGAR OVER THE TOP.
