2 medium sized ripe avocados, pitted and broken up into pieces

1 lemon juiced and partly zested for garnish

Instructions |
|
|
1) In a food processor with the normal blade,
combine garlic, lemon juice, and oil. Process until
smooth.
|

2) Add in the remaining ingredients and process
until smooth.
|
|
|
3) Mix sauce into the pasta and served topped with
black pepper and lemon zest.
