Mix evaporated milk, sugar, and salt in saucepan
over low heat. Heat to Boiling, THEN cook 5
minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Add marshmallows, chips and vanilla (and 1/2 c.
nuts if desired) Stir 1-2 min or until
marshmallows melt. Pour into Buttered 9 inch pan
or spoon onto waxed paper.
