2 cup regular long grain white rice (brown rice would probably do)
4 cups water
1 whole chicken cut up or use chicken breast
Instructions
Melt butter and bouillon cubes, then add soup mix, rice and water. Mix well and pour on top of rice mixture, Bake in covered casserole dish at 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours

Suggestions
Double receipe, good for church groups or family get togethers. Can be cooked and freeze for a later day
