In large skillet heat 1tbsp olive oil and sauté onion. Add garlic stir for 30 seconds.

Add pork. When cooked add tomatoes, cumin and oregano. Cook until water mostly evaporated. Add salt if needed.

Heat oven 425. Roll out pie crust, top with cheese, top with other pie crust. Roll to flat and cut into circles.

|
|
Place abt 2 tsp mixture in and seal. Brush tops with egg and bake 8-10 minutes.
