     Whitney's Sweet Potato Thing

Vegan chorizo
Brown rice
Greek yogurt
Sweet potato
Yellow onion
Chili powder
Paprika
Garlic powder
Oil
 
Instructions
Boil sweet potatoes in cubes.
Brown chorizo in nonstick skillet.
Heat oil and cook onion. Add sweet potato and brown rice.
Season with garlic powder, paprika, and chili powder.
