Lamb Brand Icing Sugar 320g Lamb Brand Almonds Flakes 80g Icam Dark Melting Chocolate 150g, chopped Vegetable Oil 1tsp Water 60ml
In a larger bowl prepare the sifted icing sugar and add the melted chocolate and oil mixture, mix well until a smooth spreading consistency is achieved. Spread the chocolate icing mixture all over the cake and decorate by putting almond flakes on the side and top of the cake. By now the chocolate designs should have been set and can easily be peeled from the baking sheet and placed over the cake to decorate. Serve and enjoy.
