Mix together 2 2/3 cups crushed pretzels with 3/4 cup margarine or butter till crumbly. Press evenly into bottom of Pam-sprayed 9 x 13" glass baking dish. Bake 375F - only 10 mins. Allow to cool on rack. Then beat together 12-oz (4 small pkgs) cream cheese with 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar till smooth. Spread over cool crust. Next spread 8-oz Cool Whip over top evenly. Finally prepare 2 small boxes (3-oz ea) strawberry Jell-O with 2 cups boiling pineapple juice, stirring till dissolved. Stir in a 20-oz pkg frozen (do not thaw) sliced strawberries. Chill till thickened. Spread over Cool Whip layer. Refrigerate 8 hrs or till firm. Cut into squares. Serves 10-12.
