     Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup shortening
2 cups canned pumpkin
1 egg
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Soad
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Nutmeg
 
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Chocolet Chips
Instructions
Mix everything together
drop onto a cookie sheet
Bake at 375
for 12-15 min
