1. In a large no stick pan, cook chicken over med. heat 2 min on each side. Reduce to med low. Add milk, broth & onions. Cook 5 min;turning chicken & cook until onions are tender.
2. Add spinach; cook 3 – 4 min stirring often. When chicken is done remove from pan; keep warm.
3. Return heat to med; cook 3 min or until most liquid has evaporated. Add salt, pepper, &
nutmeg. Serve sautéed spinach; top w/ chicken.
