Combine lime zest, lime juice, garlic, Worcestershire Sauce, mustard, oil, soy sauce, onions and S&P and mix well.
Pour marinade over chicken and marinate for 1 hour or longer.
Preheat grill. Put dark meat on first and then add white meat. Cook until internal temperature is 170 degrees. Let chicken rest
Make sauce by combining olive oil, onions, lime zest, lime juice, garlic and basil. Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
