CRUST...
-crush cookies and add melted butter.
-press firmly into pan to form crust.
-freeze for 15-30 minutes.
CHOCOLATE SAUCE...
-melt butter, sugar, chocolate chips, and evaporated milk
-stir occasionally until sauce begins to boil.
-cook 2-3 minutes during rapid boil.
-remove for heat and allow to stand for 3 hrs.
ICE CREAM...
-soften ice cream while preparing the sauce and crust.
-spread softened ice cream on to crust.
-sprinkle with Spanish peanuts.
-freeze while sauce is cooling.
(NOTE- sauce must be COMPLETELY cool before adding to
ice cream)
SAUCE...
-pour sauce over ice cream.
-sprinkle with more Spanish peanuts
-freeze and enjoy.
