Scald milk, add butter, sugar, salt and stir. Let cool. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and add to milk mixture. Stir in beaten eggs. Sift flour and add two cups worth to mixture. Beat well. Then add remaining flour and stir with spoon DO NOT KNEAD. Put in bowl and chill two hours. Shape into rolls and let rise until double in bulk. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
