     Fruit and Grains Breakfast Cereal

  milk or orange juice

5 cups water
1cup dry roasted Buckwheat Groats plus 1 cup Dry Bulgur wheat
5 medium Granny Smith Apples , unpeeled and chopped
1 cup unsweetened apple juice
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup dried pineapple
1 cup dried currants
1cup raisins
1cup chopped dates
4 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. walnut flavoring
1 tsp. brandy flavoring
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground flax seeds
1 tsp. salt

1.Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
2. Cover. Cook on Low for 6-7 hours, or until fruits grain are as soft as you like them.
