     2014 Best Meatballs

Ingredients
2 lbs. Hamburger
1/2 med. Onion, chopped
Garlic Powder
1'cup Cracker crumbs
1/2 cup Milk
2 eggs, beaten
Salt & Pepper
 
Sauce
1 1/2 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Yellow Mustard
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
Instructions
Mix meatballs ingredients. Roll into 1 tsp. balls. Place in foil lined, Pam sprayed baking dish.
Mix together sauce ingredients. Pour over meatballs.
Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
Makes approximately 64 meatballs.
