Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs pork steak, 1/2 in thick, cut into strips
1 tbsp oil
1 onion sliced
1 small green pepper, cut into strips
1 4oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
 
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
White Rice

Instructions
Brown pork strips in oil in skillet to remove excess fat. Drain well. Place pork strips & all remaining ingredients into crock-pot. Cover & cook on low 6 to 8 hours (High- 3 hrs).
Serving Suggestions
Serve over hot fluffy rice.
