     Meatballs a la swis

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 c catsup
1 T dried parsley flakes
1 T prepared mustard
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 10 1/2 oz can Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 cup (or more) shredded swis cheese
 
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup water
2 to 3 drops Tabasco (or more)

Instructions
Mix first seven ingredients together. Shape into 16 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in shallow pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Drain. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over meat balls. Bake 10 minutes more. Garnish with parsley flakes. Serve over rice, boiled potatoes, or noodles.
I use whatever cheese I have on hand. I like to double the sauce so there is more sauce for the rice, potatoes or noodles.
