Saute the garlic in the olive oil until soft for
about 5 minutes, add minced meat and cook breaking
with wooden spoon to prevent it from sticking to
each other. Cook until meat is no longer pink. Add
the dissolved tomato paste, salt and pepper and
some mixed spice. Add the frozen peas if desired.
Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes. When rice
is ready drain water and add the grated cheese and
the parsley. Add the sauce and mix together. Whisk
the eggs in another bowl and add the farmers
cheese, add egg mixture to the rice mixture and
mix together.
