     Baked Rice balls

Ingredients
250g rice
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp salt
50g chorizo, in small cubes
50g pre-cooked chicken, cubed
50g peas
1 tsp curry
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp crushed chillies
 
2 tsp grated parmesan
1 egg, beaten
50g grated cheddar
8 cheese cubes
fresh breadcrumbs
salt and pepper

Instructions
Boil rice in salted water, adding turmeric. Drain Mix the rest of the ingredients except breadcrumbs and cheese cubes. Mix well with the rice. Shape into balls with a cheese cube in the middle. Roll in the breadcrumbs. Bake for 30 minutes in a hot oven. Enjoy
