Ingredients
a. 1/2 cup butter softened
a. 3/4 cup white sugar
a. 1 egg
a. 2 teaspoons vanilla
b. 1 and 1/3 cup flour
b. 1 teaspoon cream of tartar (or lemon juice)
b. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
b. 1/8 teaspoon salt
c. 2 tablespoons sugar
 
d. 3 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions
Mix the A ingredients together.
Mix in the B mixture. Roll the dough into balls
Roll the dough balls into the C mixture, making more if needed
Bake in 400 oven for 8-10 minutes.
