Ingredients
1 lb of salt cod (morue)
water as desired
1 small shallot, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 cup of olive oil
1 hot pepper
 

Instructions
In a saucepan, add the cod and cover with water. Let boil over medium-high heat. Drain the cod and soak in cool water. Shred the boiled cod. Drain and set aside. In a skillet, heat the oil and saute the remaining ingredients. Add the cod and saute lightly for 2-3 mins. Place on a serving platter with yanm and bannan boulli. Mmmm...se sa net!
