2 onions,
1 tbsp oil,
1 kg leg of pork,
2 garlic cloves,
3/4 cup ketchup,
1/4 cup barbeque sauce,
1 cup water,
100ml beer,
1tbsp smoked paprika,
1tsp mustard powder,
1 tsp cajun spice,
1 tbsp honey,
salt and pepper
Cut meat in cubes (quite big)
Heat oil in pressure cooker, fry onion. Add meat
and brown.
Mix the rest of the ingredients and add to the
meat.
Close pressure cooker, and cook for 1 hour.
Remove from heat, remove the meat from the sauce
and pull the meat using two forks.
Return the sauce on the heat to reduce.
Place meat in the sauce and mix well.
Serve with bread rolls or wraps.
