     Salami spaghetti

Ingredients
spicy new york salami
black pepper salami 1/3 lb
salspretta 1/3 lb - sweet & hot mixture
slice the salami in thin strips
crisp up the salami in a fry pan with oil
fresh fennel and fennel seed - quarter up
big sweet onion - quarter
large cloves of garlic
dry white wine to deglaze the pan
 
take salami out of the pan
add onions, fennel, a little bit of time into fry pan to saute
1 lb of spaghetti in salted water
add lemon zest to onions in pan
1 can cannellini beans - add to onion mixture
deglaze the pan with white wine - let it cook off
mix it up - add in juice of 1 lemon
add fresh leaf of the fennell - just a little bit

Instructions
add salami into spaghetti, onion mixture add the lemon at the very end, mix all together add parmesan to top , more crispy salami on top and fennel
