Ingredients
1/4 cup plus Tbsp tahini
1-19oz can chick peas (garbanzo beans)
1 lemon- squeezed
2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 1/2 tbsp warm water
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
Freshly ground pepper
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Blend thoroughly. Add more lemon juice if needed.
