     GF Pumpkin Sconess

Ingredients
1 1/4 c brown rice flour
1/4 c tapioca starch
1/4 c granulated sugar
3 t xanthan gum
2 t BP
1 t BS
1/2 t salt
1 1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
6 T butter, frozen
 
1/2 c puree
2 T soy milk or half and half
1 egg

Instructions
Cut in method. Bake at 425 for 14-16 minutes.
If you don't have pumpkin pie spice, mix together 1/2 t cinnamon, 1/8 t allspice, 1/4 t ginger and 1/4 t nutmeg.
