     Tator Tot Egg Bake

Ingredients
10-12 Eggs
1 lb. Ham or bacon or meat of choice
2-3 cups Milk
3-4 cups Cheddar Cheese
32 oz. Tator Tots
Salt & pepper to taste
 
Instructions
Place cooked bacon in the bottom of a (Greased) 13 x 9 pan.
Cover with tater tots. Top with cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over tater tots.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
