     Sausage Balls with Sriracha Dip

Ingredients
1 pound ground Italian sausage
3 cups baking mix (Bisquick)
4 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
1 -2 teaspoons Sriracha (pepper sauce) to taste
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking sheet lightly with cooking oil(Pam). In a large mixing bowl combine first 4 ingredients. Form into 1 inch balls & place on baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. To prevent them from sticking, move the balls around with a spatula 1/2 way through baking. To make the dip, combine the mayo & sriracha.
