Ingredients
2 cups of flour
1 tsp baking power
2 tsp of sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Heavy Cream 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups
 

Instructions
Combine Dry Ingredients, pour in heavy cream and mix, knead dough in flour and then pat out in a round cake pan. Flip pan over and then use biscuit cutter to cut biscuits. Place on pan lined with wax paper, bake at 425 for 15 minutes and turn pan around half way through.
