     Stuffed Banana Peppers

Ingredients
15-20 banana peppers
1 (8) oz. package of cream cheese (softened)
1 lb. Jimmy Dean ground sausage
1 cup parmesan cheese
3 -4 dashes of Tabasco sauce
1/4 C. Seasoned bread crumbs
 

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Slice banana peppers in half length ways. Remove seeds. Place on baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Brown sausage in skillet until done. Drain on paper towel. Place cooked sausage back in skillet and add softened cream cheese. Mix well until cream cheese is melted. Add tabasco sauce. Add parmesan cheese and mix well. Fill banana peppers with mixture. Sprinkle tops with bread crumbs.
Place peppers in pre-heated oven for approximately 10-15 minutes until tops are browned and then serve.
Serving Suggestions
If you don't want to stuff peppers, you can serve mixture on crackers.
