     Crawfish Stroganhoff

Ingredients
1 onion chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
1 stick of butter
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of golden mushroom soup
1 carton of sour cream
1 pack of Boudreaux's frozen crawfish
1/4 C milk
1 tsp salt
 
1 tsp pepper
1 Tbs. garlic powder
1 Tbs. Cajun seasoning

Instructions
Melt butter in pan. Sautee onions and peppers until softened. Add your soups and stir. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper and cajun seasoning. Mix well. Add your milk to thin out the sauce. Continue stirring. Cook on low heat for about 15 minutes so all seasonings are well incorporated.
About 15 minutes before you are ready to serve. Put water on to boild for angel hair pasta. While pasta is cooking, add crawfish to sauce mixture and mix thorougly. When pasta is done, drain and set aside.
5 minutes before serving sauce, add sour cream to mixture and incorporated thorougly. Stroganhoff sauce is done. Serve over angel hair pasta.
