Slice mozzarella into slices. Wash tomatoes. Dry them. Then, slice the tomatoes. Wash basil, and pat dry. On a nice plate, layer mozzarella, then tomato with basil tucked in between them. When the mozzarella, basil, and tomatoes have been layered completely around the plate, drizzle a little olive oil around, then balsamic glaze. Lightly salt and pepper.
