Place chicken, broth, onion, beans, corn, tomato
sauce, beer, diced tomatoes, hominy and taco seasoning in a
large crockpot. Cook on low for 5 hours. Take out
the chicken, shred and place back in the pot and
cook for 2 more hours.
Note- if you want to cook on the stove, quickly
boil the chicken in salt water or the broth, take out and cube
or shred. Combine all ingredients in a stockpot and
simmer for 3-5 hours.

Serve with fresh cilantro, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, tortilla strips, lime wedges, avocado, jalapeños and hot sauce.
