Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut chicken into serving pieces.
In one bowl, make mixture of Parmesan cheese, garlic powered, and fresh
parsley. Put flour in another bowl. Beat egg in another bowl.
Dip chicken in flour, then in egg, then in Parm cheese mixture.
Melt butter in frying pan.
Fry both sides of chicken until slightly brown.
Remove chicken and place into 9x13 inch glass baking dish.
In the drippings left in the frying pan, add 1/2 cup of white
wine, and juice of 1 fresh lemon. Brown mushrooms for 5 minutes.
Pour mushroom mixture over chicken in the baking dish.
Cover chicken.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Uncover chicken and bake for 15 more minutes.
