Glaze: 1 cup confectioner's suger with 2 tbsp hot water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325, spray donut baking pan with cooking spray.
Combine dry ingredients and then add butter, eggs, milk, vanilla, and nutmeg. Mix until blended (but not too much or they'll be tough).
Let stand 5 minutes. Then fill each donut cavity 2/3 full.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched. Cool slightly then remove from pan. Glaze while still warm. Allow pan to cool before baking next batch. Yields approx. 9 donuts.

Suggestions
Can make chocolate donuts by adding 1/3 cup baking cocoa, reduce flour to 1.5 cups, and increase butter to 2 tbsp.
