     Old Fashioned Honey Cookies

Ingredients
2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
6 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Chill in freezer for 4-5 hours. Drop by spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet or parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees until done, approximately 10-12 minutes.
