Ingredients
1 dz. eggs - Beat till frothy
4 c. all purpose flour
 

Instructions
Add 2 c. flour to frothy eggs. Add more slowly until texture slightly thicker than dumpling. Like slow moving lava. Let sit.
Dip knife in boiling water. Then begin cutting Neflie mixture into boiling water. Dip knife into water very once in a while.
Neflies will rise to surface when done. Skim Neflies off into strainer. Put in bowl and add butter, salt, and pepper.
