     Crawfish Étouffée

Ingredients
1-2 pkg frozen crawfish tails (16 oz)
2 Tbs butter
1 pkg frozen vegetable (onions, celery, green bell pepper)
Or fresh vegetables listed above
1-2 cans cream of mushroom
Cajun seasoning
Black pepper
Paprika
 

Instructions
Melt butter in large pot. Add vegetables until cooked. Add thawed crawfish tails & season with Cajun seasoning. Add black pepper. Cook until heated through about 8 min. Add cream of mushroom soup. Mix well until cooked & heated through. Add paprika to give it a little color. Serve over rice.
