Beat eggs and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in a bowl.
Combine flour, paprika, garlic powder in another bowl.

Cover chicken in egg mixture and let any excess drip off.
Lightly dip chicken in the flour mixture.

Brown the chicken in butter in frying pan
|
|
|
In a separate bowl, dissolve the bullion cubes in hot water and add the remaining 2
tablespoons of lemon juice.
Pour the bullion mixture over the browned chicken in the frying fan.
Let the chicken simmer in bullion mixture in frying pan for about 20 minutes.
