Ingredients
2 to 3 roasted chili's (jalapeno or serrano)
2 boiled fresh tomatoes or 1 can of whole tomatoes
1 small garlic clove
dash of salt
 

Instructions
Remove peels from chili's and tomatoes (if using fresh). Using a food processor or molajete (mortar), placed peeled chili's, freshly peeled tomatoes o tow whole tomatoes from a can, garlic, and salt in processor. Pulse lightly for chunky salsa, if too spicy add more tomatoes and salt to taste.
