14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
|

3/4 cup italian blend cheese, shredded
|

1/4 cup basil, chopped
|
|
5 small boneless chicken breasts
|
|
8 oz can tomato sauce
|
|
1 tsp garlic, minced
|
|
2 cups garlic croutons, slightly crushed
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Combine diced tomatoes, cheese, and basil. Set aside.
|
|
|
Poun chicken to 1/2 inch thickness. Top with tomato mixture.
|
|
|
Combine tomato sauce and garlic in skillet. Add chicken. Bring to a boil. Simmer covered for 15 minutes.
|
|
|
Top with croutons and serve.
|
