DOWN ON TOP OF COOKIE AS IT COMES OUT OF OVEN.
COOL COMPLETELY.
ICE COOKIE INTO PEAK AND COVER WITH COCONUT.PUT IN
PAPER CUPS.
ICING-
CREAM MARGARINE, CRISCO, SUGAR AND FLOUR BEAT TILL
LIGHT AND FLUFFLY. SLOWLY ADD WARM MILK AND BEAT
TILL IT DOUBLES IN VOLUME
