Boil potatoes for 10-15 minutes. Drain and refrigerate.

Melt butter, combine with the rest of the ingredients in a food
processor and process until goopy. (This mixture can be made
ahead and refrigerated.)

|
Cut potatoes into fourths and put into baking dish. Pour mixture
over potatoes and bake for 2 hours at 325° in an uncovered dish.
Stir every 1/2 hour.
