Beat eggs slightly I bowl; stir in next 4 ingredients. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir into egg mixture until well blended. Stir in nuts and raisins.
Pour into 2 greased 8.5.3 pans; bake at 375 for 1hour.
