     Chocolate Chip Zucchini Muffins

Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup zucchini (shredded)
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp baking soda
 
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 bag choc chips ( I use 1/2-3/4 bag)
Instructions
Combine Eggs, Oil, Sugars, Vanilla in a bowl and mix well Slowly add in Raw Zucchini and stir Combine Dry Ingredients in a Large Measuring Cup Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients Add in Chocolate Chips Spoon into Muffin Pans Bake at 350 for 22-25 minutes Makes 18 muffins
Made 8/7/2014 These taste just like the double choc muffins from store. Very good. Can't even tell it has zucchini in it. Kids were begging for more.
